Tongue Sores

Standing in front of my bathroom mirror. I stick out my tongue. It is covered in bulbous painful sores. They are all over my tongue. I panic. Within the dream I start to question what I did to deserve this, and I know that this punishment is self-inflicted, but I don't know how.
