Playing Batman

I am wandering through the streets of some city. There are skyscrapers to either side of me. The streets and sidewalks are empty. I look above me and see a man with orange hair and a strange suit. I look to another balcony and there is another man with similar hair and an identical suit. I am aware that this must be one of "the Joker's" areas of town. When I realize that fact I know that I must be Batman. I immediately search for a fire escape ladder, find one and begin climbing up to find The Joker.

About half-way up I am intercepted by one of the men in suits carrying a shiny metal head that looks like Jokers. He feeds some paper into its head and it says something I can no longer remember. I continue climbing up (the suited man does not stop me) and I arrive at a large metal room above the city. Joker is there filling up green balloons with some sort of liquid. I am suspicious. I move toward the balloons and Joker steps in front of them. end.
